Description
REQUIREMENT: The U.S. Government is seeking to lease approximately 2,070 rentable square feet, yielding 1,800 usable square feet, of contiguous office and related space in Titusville, Port St. John, and Merritt Island, Florida. Space must be located in a prime commercial office district with attractive, prestigious surroundings with a prevalence of modern design, tasteful rehabilitation in modern use or new construction. LOCATION: Offered properties must be located within the following delineated area: The Cities of Titusville, Port Saint John, and Merritt Island, Florida. REQUIRED: All services, supplies, utilities, and tenant alterations are to be provided as part of the rental consideration. On-site parking is required per local code and ordinance with a minimum of three reserved and eight non-reserved surface parking spaces available on site. Space must be ready for occupancy by June 27, 2004 or sooner. LEASE TERM: Term is 10 years, 5 years firm, with the Government having cancellation privileges, after 5 years.
