Description

NA Purpose: To perform market research on subject requirement IAW FAR Part 10. The US Army Accessions Command (USAAC), Fort Knox, KY has a requirement to gain insights into the degree of knowledge and overall perception of Army ROTC and Army enlistment that exists among parents of college bound students. The contractor will provide all labor, materials, and equipment to conduct qualitative research consisting of a combination of 3 focus groups and 1200 completed telephonic interviews/surveys from 6 geographi c locations mutually agreed upon by the contractor and the Government. It will be the contractor's responsibility to obtain/secure the facilities and participants. Based on a review of industry response to this sources sought synopsis, the Government wi ll decide an appropriate procurement strategy.
