- Solicitation for NSN 1560-00-166-1221 / YPG03218000515. P/N: 4P22123-101A REV ?C?. Specifications, plans or drawings relating to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. DSCR does not currently have an approved technical data package for this item, please do not submit requests. The only approved sources for this item are ROHR Industries and GSE Dynamics. Any manufacturer, other than the approved sources, wishing to submit a proposal on this item must submit a complete source approval request package. This solicitation will result in a firm fixed-price contract for 50 each with a 100% quantity option. The required delivery schedule is 105 days ARO, FOB destination,I/A Origin. There is a first article ? Government testing ? requirement. ABVS applies, the final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. All responsible sources may submit an offer that will be considered. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA Procurement Gateway at http://progate.daps.dla.mil on the issue date cited in the RFP.
