- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The purchase requirement number is F23FSI319103 and the solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 01-13. This solicitation is 100% set aside for small business concerns. The associated NAICS code is 334119, and the small business size standard is 1,000 employees. This requirement consists of eight line items: Line Item 0001: seven (7) each of SMA-560 Smart Board 560; Line Item 0002: seven (7) each of EPS-EMP73 PowerLite 73 1700 Lumens; Line Item 0003: seven (7) each of pro-ppfcma ceiling mount hardware; Line Item 0004: seven (7) each of pro-ntp8 8? extension pipe; Line Item 0005: seven (7) each of ext-26-238-04 50?VGA cable; Line Item 0006: seven (7) each of video cables and connectors; Line Item 0007 seven (7) each of Installation; Line Item 0008: seven each of epson mount hardware. All items will be the brand noted by the product listed or one of equal properties. FOB shall be destination, and shipping should be included in the unit price, and a total price shall be provided. The contractor shall annotate a delivery time after receipt of award (in days). The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors -- Commercial, applies to this solicitation. The provision at 52.212-2, Evaluation -- Commercial Items, applies to this solicitation. Paragraph (a) of FAR 52.212-2 is added to read: ?lowest price technically acceptable?. The contractor certifies that it can meet the delivery date by submitting a quotation. The provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications -- Commercial Items, applies to this solicitation. The contractor shall return a completed copy of this provision with its quotation. A copy of the provision may be attained from http://farsite.hill.af.mil. The clause at 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions -- Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. Paragraph (o) is changed to read: The contractor shall provide all standard commercial warranties to the government. The clause at 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required To Implement Statutes Or Executive Orders -- Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. The following FAR clauses identified at paragraph b of FAR 52.212-5 are considered checked and are applicable to this acquisition: (11-16), (19i), (19ii), (21), (24). Award can only be made to contractors registered in the Central Contractor Registration web page, http://www.ccr.gov. Commerce Business Daily numbered note 1 applies to this acquisition.
