NA This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are b eing requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Fujikura 40S Fusion Splicer (Qty 1); NETTEST CMA-4000 OTDR Test Set with color display, built in hard drive and floppy drive(QTY 1); 2 day on-site Fiber Optic Training for this equipment(Qty 22 personnel). Approximate delivery date 30 October 2003. The solicitation is issued as a RFQ. The provisions at 52.212-1, 52.212-2, a completed copy of the provisions at 52.212-3 must accompany your offer, 52.212-4 and clause 52.212-5 are applicable to t his solicitation.
