No telephone requests will be accepted. NSN 4320-01-207-7228, PRON AX3F0544AX, part number 70652-02300-050, quantity: 204 each applicable to the (BE) UH-60, F.O.B. Origin with deliveries to Texarkana, TX. This PRON will be awarded as a modification to e xisting contract DAAH23-03-D-0333 with Parker Hannifin. This item is restricted to Parker Hannifin Corporation (Vendor Code 93835). Required delivery is 204 each beginning in Jul 2006 at a rate of 30 per month. This part must be acquired from the manufact uring source(s) specified on a source control or selected item drawing as defined by the current version of DOD-STD-100. Suitable technical data, Government data rights, or manufacturing knowledge are not available to permit acquisition from other sources , nor qualification testing of another part, nor use of a second source part in the intended application. Although, by DOD-STD-100 definition, altered and selected items shall have an adequate technical data package, data review disclosures that required data or data rights are not in Government possession and cannot be economically obtained. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under SAR information. All responsible sources may submit an offer that shall be considered by the Agency. Foreign firms are reminded that all requests mu st be processed through their respective embassies. This acquisition contains technical data whose export is restricted by the Arms Export Control Act (Title 22, USC, Sec 2751 ET SEQ) or the Export Administration Act (Title 50, USC, App 2401-2402) Executi ve Order 121470. This information cannot be released outside the United States without prior approval of the Government.
