Description

DESC: The General Services Administration, Federal Technology Service, Region 3, Philadelphia intends to solicit for CLIN 001 (1700) EA- Schlumberger Reflex USB V2 card readers PN ID 301036. NO SUBSTITUTIONS NAME BRAND ONLY. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for Commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a request for quote (RFQ), GST03-03-R-0019. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 01-15. Delivery is required before 01 October 2003. Offers will be evaluated based on technically acceptable lowest offer. Items shall be shipped to 1300 E Avenue, Fort Lee, VA 23801 FOB Destination. Offerors are reminded to include a completed copy of the provision at FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications - Commercial Items (JUNE 2003), with their offer. Clause 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors ? Commercial Items (JULY 2003), Clause 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions - Commercial Items (FEB 2002), is hereby incorporated by reference. Clause 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders - Commercial Items (JUNE 2003), is hereby incorporated by reference. GSAM Clause 552.212-71, Contract Terms and Conditions Applicable to GSA Acquisition of Commercial Items (JUL 2000) is hereby incorporated by reference; clauses 552.203-70, 552.215-70, 552.229-70, 552.232-70, apply to this solicitation and any resultant contract. A firm fixed price contract will be awarded.
