Description

Notice of intent to award a firm-fixed contract to Advanced Datacomm Testing. The Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) intends to award a firm-fixed contract under the auspices of FAR part 12, to Advanced Datacomm Testing, for an internetworking analyzer basic unit. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. Interested parties have five (5) days from the date of publication of this synopsis, to submit in writing, to the identified point of contact, clear and convincing evidence of their qualifications and/or capabilities. Responses received after five (5) days, or without the required information, will be considered non-responsive to this synopsis and will not be considered. A determination by the government to not conduct this effort as a full and open competitive procurement, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government.
