- NSNs: 2510014920128 and 2510014933427, Torsion Bar, Suspension. Made in accordance with Army Drawing 12361490-6 and 12361490-5. Solicitation is for an Indefinite Quantity Type Contract with annual estimate of 260 for the first NSN and 130 for the 2nd NSN. Delivery will be to various locations within the CONUS as specified on specific delivery orders. First Article Test is required on both of the listed NSN (3 units within 90 days on each). Desired production delivery is 180 days after approval of first article test. If FAT is waived desired delivery is 180 days from date of Delivery Order. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered. See Note: 26. The solicitation will be available in FedBizOpps on its issue date of September 15, 2003. The Small Business size standard is 500 employees. Drawings/specifications will be available through the DIBBS or SRweb solicitation link in the synopsis on the solicitation issue date. The proposed procurement contains an option to extend the contract period one or more times at the discretion of the government. The total duration (base plus option years) shall not exceed five years. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
