The proposed source must be able to efficiently link all of the required data via computerized records, and all data must be available for all potential participants; the proposed source?s population must be large enough to include a minimum of 150 potential cases;, the proposed source must be willing and able to provide archived biologic specimens (such as slides and tissue blocks) for all potential cases for review and potential new analyses; and the proposed source must be able to provide the experienced information technology professionals who can work with the experienced clinical staff to identify and assemble, using all of the linked computerized data, a cohort of at-risk women for a case-cohort or nested case-control study of endometrial hyperplasia and endometrial cancer. Kaiser Permanente Center for Health Research ? Northwest is the only known source to the researcher with a large enough pool of eligible women. This is not a solicitation for competitive quotations. However, if any interested party believes it can provide the above service and has the database and samples as described above, it may submit a statement of capabilities.
