Description
NA This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are b eing requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is a Request for Quotations. Potential offerors will submit their quotes on company letterhead. Representations and Certifications will need to be requested and submitted wit h quotes. This solicitation will be 100% small business set-aside. The following federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) provisions and clauses applies to this acquisition: 52.212-1: Instructions to Offerors; 52.212-2: Evaluation ?????? Commercial Items, 52. 212-3: Offerors Representation and Certifications- Commercial Items, 52.212-4: Contract Terms and Conditions- Commercial Items, 52.212-5: Contract Terms and Conditions required to implement statutes or executive orders- commercial items. The Oregon Army N ational Guard is in need of having catered meals provided at Camp Rilea, Warrenton, Oregon. The selected contractor is to provide meals, to include condiments, plates, napkins and utensils. The following is a breakdown on the dates type of meal and numbe r of people to be fed. Starting on September 8, 2003, through September 12, 2003 Breakfast and Dinner : 17 personnel each day/meal, September 13 & 14 ?????? 29 personnel each day/meal, September 15-29: 83 personnel each day/meal, September 30: 29 perso nnel each day/meal, October 1-3: 36 personnel each day/meal, October 4- 18 : 115 personnel each day/meal. Totals meals are as follows: Breakfast- 3,250, Dinner-3,250. The maximum costs allowed are as follows $7.00 for Breakfast, $9.00 for Dinner. All pr oducts used in any portion of the meal must meet the minimum Federal/State requirements for that particular product. The breakfast meals as a minimum need to consist of a main entr????e (meat) two sides, oatmeal, fresh fruit, milk, coffee, tea and juice. The dinner meals as a minimum need to consist of a main dish (meat) two sides (one must be a vegetable), salad, fresh fruit, dessert, milk, coffee, tea, and punch. To have a qualifying quote the contractor must submit a sample menu with their quote and be registered on the Central Contractors Registration database (CCR).
