Description: ORIGINAL NOTICE PUBLISHED 13 AUGUST 2003. AMENDMENT 0002 - N00421-03-T-0218 - RESPONSES TO QUESTIONS UNDER N00421-03-T-0218: The purpose of this amendment is to answer questions. THE DUE DATE FOR RECEIPT OF PROPOSALS IS NOT EXTENDED. PROPOSALS ARE DUE NO LATER THAN 2:00 p.m. (EDT) ON SEPTEMBER 5, 2003. QUESTION: Would the customer entertain a plan to accommodate some (up to perhaps half the hours) telecommuting for the principal support service provider? ANSWER: The proposal is unacceptable, as co-location with the USCG Project Coordinator is required to be effective in daily communications.
