Description

The U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) is interested in leasing approximately 25,176 rentable sq.ft. of space to yield 21,892 ANSI/BOMA Office Area square feet of space. Occupancy date preferred is November 15, 2004 or earlier, if possible. New construction will also be considered. Lease term: 10 years, 5 years firm. Space must be located in the following delineated area: North -17th Street; West - Northside Drive; South - Memorial Drive; East - Boulevard Drive. Unique Requirements: Space offered must be in the same building and contiguous. Space offered must have potential for efficient layout, e.g. Column spacing of at least 30 feet; No atriums or other areas interrupting contiguous space; no extremely long narrow runs of space; no irregular space configurations or other unusual building features adversely affecting usage will be considered. The Government requires a fully serviced lease with adequate employee parking consisting of 122 surfaced parking spaces on site or within 200 feet of building.
