- Description: See numbered notes 12 and 26. NSN 2815-01-399-1020, Ring Set, Piston, Standard, being bought in accordance with General Motors (7X677) P/N 12369198. Total quantity required is 4600 each with 1700 each going to (W25G1U) New Cumberland, PA 17070-5001 and 2900 each going to (SW3227) Texarkana, TX 75507-5000, FOB destination is requested. This solicitation is an RFP and will be available on the Internet at http://dibbs.dscc.dla.mil/rfp after the issue date 09/22/03. Hard copies of this solicitation are not available. There are no technical drawings/bid sets available. This is an unrestricted acquisition. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The required delivery is 45 days. A written quotation is required to be returned to the Bid Room DSCC-PBAA.
