Description

NA The McAlester Army Ammunition Plant, OK intends to enter into a sole source purchase with Myers & Associates for Booth, Spray, Open Face Dynapreciptor Water Spray Booth, Double Wash Type, Myers & Associates Model WE 1010-T-LH. Interested firms able to mee t these requirements are invited to submit responses by September 3, 2003, but only in writing with clear and convincing documentation to email address: joyce.church@us.army.mil or regular mail to: Contracting Office, McAlester Army Ammunition Plant, ATTN: SJMMC-PC J CHURCH, 1 C Tree Road, McAlester, OK 74501-9002. Responses must include, at a minimum, how the contractor proposes to meet the requirements herein. Written responses must include technical information sufficient to enable the Government to de termine if the vendor can meet the Government's needs. No contract award will be made on the basis of proposals received in response to this notice. If no affirmative responses are received by September 8, 2003 clearly demonstrating a vendor's ability to meet the Government's needs, a sole source purchase order will be issued to Myers & Associates. All vendors who provide goods and services to the Department of Defense (DOD) must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) in order to be a warded DOD contracts. The internet address for registering in the CCR is http://www.ccr.gov.
