- NA U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, Region 2 Albuquerque, New Mexico is requesting proposals on solicitation number 201812R036 to furnish all effort and materials to rehabilitate electrical system, equipment, switches, wiring and, related miscellaneous on three buildings. All buildings are approximately 3,000 SF. The project is located at Hagarmen National Wildlife Refuge,Grayson County, Sherman, Texas. The estimated price magnitude is $25,000 to $100,000. The total performance period is expected to be 120 calendar days or less. Proposal evaluation will be on Best Value process (Technical, Past Performance, and Price). The project is solicited restricted competition as small business set-aside, NAICS Code: 238210 ($12M AGR). The solicitation will be available on or about September 19, 2003. A pre-proposal site visit is expected to be held starting the week of October 6, 2003. Contact Johnny Beall or designee at 903-786-2826 for coordination of the visit.
