Description

Question: 1) Who has been performing the campaign work to date? Response: The current incumbent is Fleishman-Hillard, Inc. Question: 2) In your criteria, number three (3) asks that we describe the impact of corporate involvement with specific examples of how the impact was measured. We are unable to show behavior modification for some of our most relevant campaign work at this time due to the nature of the issue requiring more long range evaluation (substance abuse, diabetes education, etc.) but we are able to address message awareness. If we focus on message awareness, would that satisfy this criteria? Response: The criteria we consider relevant are the same criteria the Government has been using to measure the corporate participation component to date: 1) value of in-kind donations from corporations, 2) the number of additional impressions generated by corporations, and 3) the relevance of corporate activities to campaign strategies We consider corporate participation independent and separate from a paid advertising campaign. Firms should provide their highest level evidence to demonstrate how their corporate outreach efforts are relevant to this acquisition. Therefore, the evaluation criteria for this portion of the process remains unchanged."
