Description: Financial Management Service intends to procure a check processing system consisting of the Fairfax Imaging Turbo Remit software application, a Dell workstation and an NCR 7780 transport from Fairfax Imaging Inc. The software is proprietary and no third party maintenance is authorized. This procurement action is for equipment in which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with one source under the authority of FAR 6.302 and 13.106-1. The resulting purchase order will not exceed the simplified purchase threshold. The procedures set forth in FAR 13.106-3 shall be used.
