This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This procurement is being issued as a Request for Quotes (RFQ), and the reference number is F41652-03-T0011. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions & clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-10. This Wichitech Heat Bonders:P/N-F4HB2005NSN-4920-01-445-4529 Unit comes with: 6 ea thermal couplers 2 ea vacuum lines 1ea 8"x8" heat blanket 1 ea 10"x10" heat blanketbuilt in vacuum pumps 2 ea power converter cords 2 ea power cords 2 ea vacuum headson. The SIC code that applies to the principal nature of the contract is 5084; the North American Industry Classification Code is 423830. The FOB is destination. The small business size standard for this procurement is 100 employees. This is 100% set aside for small business. This award will be made on the basis of lowest price.
