System integration (Labor), by Motorola qualified technicians IAW Motorola R-56 Manual This synopsis and solicitation is prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). Submit written offers (oral offers will not be accepted), on RFQ FE5MXG32160400. All firms or individuals responding must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR). Quotes will be evaluated on price related factors only. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-15 and Defense Acquisition Circular 91-13. The North American Industrial Classification Standard is 443112. Destination for delivery is 5 MOS/MXOOM, Minot AFB, ND 58705. Quotes must remain valid for a minimum of 60 days. The following provisions and clause apply to this acquisition: FAR 52.232-18, Availability of Funds; FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors--Commercial Items, applies to this solicitation. The provision at FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications -- Commercial Items, applies to this solicitation and the offeror must include a completed copy of this provision with their proposal. The clause at FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items, applies to this solicitation. The clause at FAR 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required To Implement Statutes or Executive Orders--Commercial Items, applies to this solicitation. Specifically, the following clauses cited are applicable to this solicitation: FAR 52.222-21, Prohibition on Segregated Facilities; FAR 52.222-26, Equal Opportunity; FAR 52.222-35, Affirmative Action for Disabled Veterans and Veterans of the Vietnam Era; FAR 52.222-36, Affirmative Action for Handicapped Workers; FAR 52.222-37, Employment Reports on Disabled Veterans and Veterans of the Vietnam Era; FAR 52.222-19, Child Labor-Cooperation with Authorities and Remedies; FAR 52.232-33, Payment by Electronic Funds Transfer - CCR. The clause at DFARS 252.212-7001, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statues or Executive Orders applicable to Defense Acquisition of Commercial Items, applies to this solicitation. Specifically, the following clauses, cited are applicable to this solicitation: DFARS 252.225- 7001, Buy American Act and Balance of Payment Program. The Government reserves the right to award on a multiple award or an all or none basis.
