Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a quotation is being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Reference number F14SOS32200600 is hereby issued as a Request for Quotation. The incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-15. This solicitation is 100 percent set-aside for Small Businesses and is under North American Industry Classification System Code 333314, with a small business size standard of 500 employees. The corresponding Standard Industrial Classification code is 3827. Hurlburt Field intends to purchase the following: 20 each Evader?s Night Vision Imaging System (ENVIS) Model M-703E or equal. National Stock Number: 5855-01-477-3241. Additionally, all transportation and insurance costs are required to be included in the quote. GSA items shall be noted as well as the GSA contract number. If quoting ?or equal? items, submit sufficient literature for Subject Matter Experts to perform an effective evaluation. Required delivery shall be on or before 60 days after receipt of award.
