Description: A. This previously submitted project was posted on August 13, 2003. B. All references to the date for submission of Quotations is hereby changed to: September 12, 2003 C. This solicitation is no longer being set aside for small business concerns. Both small and large business may submit a quote. Therefore, delete the reference to Federal Acquisition Regulation Clause 52.219-6, Notice of Total Small Business Set-Aside. D. The Contractor shall install the crane at the FOB destination site. E. All other information publicized in the original synopsis is correct.
