- Caddell Construction Co, Inc., the Rock Valley Procurement Assistance Technical Center, Congressman Manzullo?s Office and the U.S. General Services Administration are sponsoring a subcontractor outreach conference for the new U.S. Courthouse to be constructed in Rockford, Illinois. Caddell Construction was selected as the Construction Manager as Constructor (CMc) contractor to participate in the development of the design for the new courthouse and may potentially be awarded the option to construct the facility. As such, they are seeking subcontractors to provide various supplies and services during the design development phase and the potential construction phase. All subcontractors and suppliers interested in the opportunity are urged to attend this conference and welcomed to bring their brochures and marketing literature to distribute to other participants. The outreach conference will be held on Monday, October 6, 2003, from 1:30 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. Central Standard Time in the Starlight Theatre at Rock Valley College, 3301 North Mulford Road in Rockford, Illinois 61114. Caddell Construction is especially interested in meeting with local firms, small, small disadvantaged, small woman-owned, and small veteran and disabled veteran-owned firms. However, all interested parties are invited to attend regardless of business size, category or location.
