- Description
- The Government intends to award a contract for a mobile storage system at Beale AFB, California if funds are available on or around 30-Sep-03. This solicitation is 100% set aside for small business concerns. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 423440. The small business size standard is 100 employees. The entire solicitation will be released solely on the Electronic Posting System (EPS), www.eps.gov, (paper copies will not be available). Prospective offerors interested in submitting a proposal for this solicitation should call Ricardo Vasquez at (530) 634-0563 or e-mail him at ricardo.vasquez@beale.af.mil and register as an interested party. Include your company name, address, telephone number, and point of contact; fax number, and e-mail address. All prospective offerors are responsible to visit the EPS frequently and obtain any amendments or other information pertaining to this solicitation. The RFP and all attachments will be posted in compressed (zipped) Microsoft Word and Excel documents. A free evaluation version of Winzip can be obtained from http://www.winzip.com/winzip/download.htm. Tentative date for solicitation release is 10-Sep-03. The deadline for receipt of proposals is tentatively 19-Sep-03. Any changes to solicitation documents by offerors will render them invalid. Proposals containing any changes will be rejected. Contractors must be registered in the Centralized Contractor Registration in order to receive a contract award from any DOD activity. Contractors may access the CCR at http://ccr.edi.disa.mil.
