Purchase of 16 each Good Year 12.00R24 tires. This solicitation is a 100% Set-Aside For Very Small Business (VSB) concerns, headquartered in the New Orleans LA Small-Business Administration District. (Definition: VSB Concern In Accordance With FAR Clause 52.219-5(a), means a concern whose headquarters is located within the geographical area served by a designated SBA district (see 13) CFR 125.7(b)); which, together with its affiliates, has no more than 15 employees and has average annual receipts that do not exceed $1 million.) NOTE: THIS ACQUISITION WILL NOT BE REPOSTED TO EPS IF SET-ASIDE IS DISSOLVED FOR (1) 100% SMALL BUSINESS CONSIDERATION OR (2) FULL AND OPEN COMPETITION The applicable NAICS Code is 423130 with a business size of 500 employees. Responses from all business concerns is encouraged. Response date is 16 Sep 03, 2:30 p.m. Central Standard Time. AWARD WILL BE MADE BASED ON THE AVAILABILITY OF FUNDS.
