- THIS REQUIREMENT IS 100% SET-ASIDE FOR SMALL BUSINESSES ONLY. Provide Janitorial Services for the Airport Traffic Control Tower (ATCT) Shaft and Tower Cab and Base Building located in Erlanger (Covington), Kentucky in accordance with specifications, statement of work and frequency task chart. Services are required for the period estimated to begin October 1, 2003, through September 30, 2004, with four (4) one-year option periods.
