Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6 and FAR Part 13. Solicitation documents and incorporated clauses and provisions are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 01-15. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation prepared and formal bid documents are not available. The VA Healthcare Network Upstate NY – Buffalo VA Medical Center site, at 3495 Bailey Avenue, Buffalo, NY 14215 has a requirement for a contract to provide all required parts (OEM) for 239 IMED Infusion Pumps, models PC-1 (173 EA), PC-2 (43 EA), and PC-4 (23 EA). Parts requirements to be called in by telephone and shipped to VA at no additional cost to the Government. NAICS code is 334519 with a small business size standard of 500 employees. Bidders responding to this announcement shall submit a bid along with the information required in 52.212-1 and a completed copy of provision 52.212-3.
