Description

Notice to offerors; funds are not presently available for this project. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation/RFP either before or after the bid opening/proposal closing date. McConnell AFB, KS has a requirement for the maintenance and servicing of the Crash Fire Rescue Training Facility(CFRTF). The subsequent contract will contain 3 line items, 1 for the quarterly servicing, 2 for anticipated service calls, and 3 for parts, supplies, and material reimbursement. There will be an anticipated award of a base year with two option years. The solicitation is a 100 percent Small Business Set-Aside. Simplified Acquisition Procedures will be utilized. The solicitation will be issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). The primary North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 811310. The solicitation package will be available on or around 13 September 2003, via the Government Federal Business Opportunities Web Site at http://www.eps.gov/. It is the responsibility of each offeror to review the web page for notice of amendments, updates, or changes to the solicitation. No hard copies will be mailed. Anticipated award date is 26 September 2003.
