Description

TEMPLATE LAYOUT AND CONTENT: T-System provides representative of 74MDG with desired template layouts and content. They also provided chart flow assessment of the existing system of patient and chart flows resulting in the optimum location for required special shelving. They also provide assessment of existing and planned copying capabilities and reproduction as well as stocking limitations for the templates and copies. Software for the reproduction of these highly specialized templates is required and provided by the T-System. The existing system is extremely specialized and as such requires on going training that has been incorporated into the daily activities of the Emergency Department (ED). T-Systems will continue to train as required ED personnel. Require a system, which provides unique and configurable bedside template charting. The templates should support a minimum of 50 different scenarios which cover 95 percent of all cases presented to the ED. The T-System offers unique skills, experience and infrastructure to make the transition to a template-based formatted charting system easy. The T-System provides more rapid documentation, enhanced compliance with documentation guidelines, and provides immediate availability of detailed records. This is a Sole Source procurement, synopsis for informational purposes only. Solicitation documents are not available. This proposed contract action is for procurement of an item for which the government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1. The proposed source is T-Systems Government Services in Arlington TX. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations; however, all quotations/responses received within ten (10) days of the issuance of this notice will be considered by the government. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. See Local Note H.
