Description

Provide semi-annual preventive maintenance and repair of 5 Roll-up Freight Delivery Doors and 1 Roll-up Cafeteria Cleaning Service Door and on call-emergency repair services for all motorized overhead door equipment (total of 6 doors) located in Bldgs 12/15 at the Defense Information Systems Agency, 701 South Courthouse Road, Arlington, VA. Door sizes A 10' x 9', A-1 9' X 8', B 12' x 14', C 9' x 10', D 9' x 10', Cafeteria is 4' x 3'. DISA is a secure facility. The period of performance is 10/1/03 thru 9/30/08. Base year plus 4 option years. The incumbent is AGW and Associates.
