This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) This purchase request (PR) will be issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) under the following PR number: BDEFW3234K4183. (iii) This PR and the provisions and clauses incorporated are tho se in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2001-15. (iv) This acquisition is unrestricted in regards to size standards. The applicable NAICS is 333314 (v) This RFQ contains one (1) line item, Safety Accessories for M4 Riffles. Mounting, Locko ut Cap and Tactical Light Systems. Line Item 0001: Contractor shall provide the safety items for weapons: mounting systems, lockout cap systems and tactical light systems for an M4 Riffle. Contractor shall provide a technical specifications with offer. Q TY: 480 each. (vi) The delivery date will be 15 Oct 2003. Acceptance will be Government FOB destination: Fort Wainwright, Alaska 99703. (viii) The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors -- Commercial, applies to this acquisition, along with the f ollowing addenda.
