- NA This is combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial item, prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, and supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes ar e requested; however, a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number DABJ25-03-T-0084 is applicable and is issued as a request for quotations. The solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Ac quisition Circular 2001-03. The requirement is unrestricted with a NAICS Code of 327390, SIC Code 3442, and size standard of 500. The description of the commercial item is as follows: Clin 0001: 54 ea Utility Vault Manhole Cover & Collar, 30x6 inches, Lock able. Penta Head 5/8 inch, Marked COMMUNICATION, Meidium Traffic. Delivered to Yakima, Washington 98901.Clin 0002: 56 ea, Utility Vault Manhole Cover & Collar, 30x6 inches, Lockable. Penta Head 5/8 inch, Marked COMMUNICATION, Meidium Traffic. Delivered to Fort Lewis, Washington 98433. SPECIFICATION: Cover Dia: 31 ¾ inch, cover Thickness: 1 3/8 inch, Clear Opeining: 30 inch, Frame Opening: 32 inch, Flange Dia: 36 5/8 inch, Height: 6 inch. State if FOB is Destination or Origin. If Origin, state shippin g charges. Any award resulting from this request for quotations will be made to a responsive, responsible quoter using a SF1449 form. Award will be made on an all or none basis. Provision 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. An addendum to this provision is applicable, in which the term offeror (whenever it appears) shall be replaced with the term quoter. Quoters are required to submit completed copies of the provisions at FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations a nd Certifications-Commercial Items, with their quotes. FAR clause 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition and does not include any addenda.
