Description

NA This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is DADA16-03-T-0219 and is issued as a Request for Quotes (RFQ). The NAICS code for this procurement is 423450, and the SIC code is 5047. The small business size standard is 100 employees. The Pacific Regional Contracting Office at Tripler Army Medical Center, Hawaii intends to award a contract for the purchase of two (2) ACMI DUR8 Elite Flexible Ureteroscopes; 6.75 FR Distal Tip, 64cm length, 3.6 FR Working Channel, Autoseal.
