- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Issued as a Request for Quotations (RFQ), and the reference number is 03Q0031. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-15. This is a 100% small business set-aside. The contractor shall provide the following items: Item 0001: QTY – 1, Signal Generator; Part Number 1039200002, (Mfg – Rhode & Swartz), 5KHz-1.5GHz, AM/FM/PHJM Pulse generator, SMT02. Certificate of traceable calibration standard-item weight 52lbs. Item 0002: QTY –1, multifunction generator for SME and SMT. Part Number -1036776002. Mfg – Rhode & Swartz. SMT02 06. The provision in FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial items, is applicable to this solicitation. FAR 52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Items, is applicable to this solicitation and the blanks in section (a) are completed as follows: Price considerations. Offerors shall include with their quotes, a completed copy of FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications--Commercial Items, only. FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions--Commercial Items, FAR 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders--Commercials Items, FAR 52.232-33, Payment by Electronic Funds Transfer--Central Contractor Registration, and DFARS 252.204-7004, Required Central Contractor Registration, are applicable to this acquisition. Responses to this RFQ must be received via fax or e-mail by 4:00 PM central standard time on the stated response date at the 436th Contracting Squadron, 639 Atlantic Ave, Dover AFB, DE 19902. Quotes should be marked with the reference number. Vendors not registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database prior to award will be ineligible for award. No written request for quote is available.
