Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested. This solicitation is a Request for Proposal (RFP) and is hereby issued under the number F08602-R-G108. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-15. This acquisition 100 percent set-aside for small business. REQUIREMENT: LINE ITEM 0001 – Audio System for Hangar 3, MacDill AFB FL (IAW the Statement of Work); QTY – 1 Lot. The Solicitation Package provides a complete description of the requirement and is available upon request. DELIVERY: 60 Days after date of contract. PROVISIONS/CLAUSES: The following provisions/clauses apply to this acquisition: 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors – Commercial Items; 52-212-2, Evaluation – Commercial Items (the evaluation criteria is contained in the solicitation); 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications – Commercial Items (NOTE: A completed copy of this provision must be returned with the offer); 52.212-4 – Contract Terms and Conditions – Commercial Items; 52.212-5 – Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders – Commercial Items (provided in full text in the solicitation.) In addition to these provisions and clauses, there are special requirements/instructions provided in full text in the attached solicitation. OFFERS: Offers are due by 22 Sep 03, 4:00 PM, Eastern Standard Time. VERY IMPORTANT: A FULL demonstration, at Hangar 3 MacDill AFB FL, of the proposed audio system must be accomplished by 19 Sep 03, 4:00 PM, Eastern Standard Time.
