- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in the notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The reference number for this request for quotation is FUO26732102200. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 01-15 and Defense DCN 20030821. If two (2) or more responsive, responsible and technically acceptable small or HUBZone businesses respond, this acquisition will be 100% set-aside for small business, if not, it will be unrestricted. The Federal Supply Class (FSC) is 4310. The associated Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) is 5075. The North American Industry Classification System is 423730 and the associated business size standard is 100 employees. This request for quotation consists of the following: NONPERSONAL SERVICES: CONTRACTOR TO SUPPLY ALL TOOLS, LABOR, MATERIALS AND TRANSPORTATION TO PURCHASE AND INSTALL ALL STAR- EXHAUSTER MODEL # HB-929 WHICH INCLUDES: 20 HP TEFC 460/3/60 MOTOR, SINGLE STAGE, GENERATING 700 ICFM AT 5" HG. CONTINUOUS, THREE-PHASE PILOT DUTY THERMAL PROTECTOR, 2 EACH, 2" VACUUM RELIEF VALVES SET AT 90" WG, 1 EACH "WINTERS VACUUM GAUGE (0-100") WG, 1 EACH "DWYER" (0-20")WG. MONOMETER FILTER CONDITION INDICATOR GAUGE, 1 EACH INLINE FILTER WITH 25.0 S.F. FILTER (TO PROTECT BLOWER FROM FILTER BAG FAILURE), STEEL STRUCTURAL FRAME. DURO-VAC MICRO-SWITCH P/N# 24VMS WHICH INCLUDES: 5 EACH - 24V SELF-CLOSING, DIE-CAST ZINC, FITTED WITH RUBBER GASKETS TO INSURE TIGHT SEAL AND TO PREVENT LEAKAGE. DURO-VAC HOSES SPEC 1100, TYPE 4080 WHICH INCLUDES: 5 EACH - 25 FOOT LENGTHS, 1.5" ID. DURO-VAC CONTROL PANEL, NEMA 4 WHICH INCLUDES: DUST/WATER TIGHT, 20HP TEFC 460/3/60 MOTOR, FUSED DISCONNECT, 460/120/1/60 CONTROL VOLTAGE TRANSFORMER, 24V POWER SUPPLY, SYSTEM START/STOP PUSH BUTTON SWITCHES, 24V REMOTE START/STOP SWITCH. HP PRODUCTS / MORRIS COUPLING TUBING (NO PART NUMBER AVAILABLE) WHICH INCLUDES 300 FEET (PROVIDING FOR MAIN SOURCE TUBE AND 5 ACCESS TUBES) REFERENCE: ATTACHED SHOP MAP, 16 GAUGE, GALVANIZED STEEL, LONG RADIUS BENDS, SMOOTH WALL, JOINTS SHALL BE COUPLED WITH INDUSTRIAL SHRINK SLEEVES.
