Description: Notice of Intent to award a Sole Source Procurement. 9th Contracting Squadron intends to issue a sole source purchase order to ATC-SM France, 86 Walker Lane, Newton, PA 18940-1888 for Tables with graphics. Statutory authority for this sole source procurement is Title 10 U.S.C. 2304(C)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1 based on patent for totally water and weatherproof table top, top and underside, which allows for graphics embedded in the permanent finish.
