Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial supplies prepared in accordance with the prescribed format of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation and notification; quotes are being requested and a solicitation is posted as of 09 Sep 03. The solicitation number is F41636-03-T-0063, and is being posted as a request for quote. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular. This procurement is set aside for small businesses. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 336212 and the small business size standard is 500 employees. The contractor shall provide the following; The Government is anticipating awarding a commercial performance based contract for a 1000 Gallon Two-Axle Foam Supply Unit Model FM/FS1000, and a 5000-Watt Generator with two (2) Telescoping 500 Watt Floodlights for Lackland AFB, TX All interested parties must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) as prescribed in DFARS 252.204-7004 & 252.232-7009. CCR can be obtained by accessing the internet or by calling 1-888-227-2423. Registration must be obtained prior to award. Once contractors have received the full solicitation package, submit written offers by mail to: 37 CONS/LGCAA, ATTN: KEN MILLHOUSE, 1655 SELFRIDGE AVENUE, LACKLAND AFB, TX 78236-5253. 2007 The date of issue for the solicitation is 09 Sep 2003.
