Description

NA The Government intends to issue a GSA contract to Citrix Systems, 851 West Cypress Creek Road, Fort Lauderdale, FL for the following service. The OSD currently had a Remote Access Services (RAS) system. OSD would like to create a pilot environment that w ould give the OSD users application access that would be easy to maintain and could expand as needed. The environment will support up to 500 concurrent users to start. Security is a primary concern. OSD would like to implement MetaFrame Secure Gateway t o reduce the number of open ports on their firewalls. The contractor will be required to perform an initial assessment of the environment, identify implementation best practices, and provide a framework for designing the Citrix MetaFrame XP Server environ ment. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A solicitation will NOT be issued. All interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement. This notice will be posted for 15 days.
