Rotor head assembly was sent to vendor in order to tear down and provide estimate. There is no possibility that an estimate can be provided without being able to examine the extend of the damage. Negotiations to be conducted on a sole source basis with Erickson Air-Crane Co., 3100 Willow Springs Road, Central Point, OR 975 02. See note 22.
