This proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one, or a l imited number of sources. Suggest that small business firms, or others interested in subcontracting opportunities in connection with this procurement, make contact with the firm(s) listed. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release of solicitation; however, solicitation will not close prior to the closing date stated above.
