Description

This is a combined synopsis /solicitation for commercial items or services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation number N15208 is issued on a sole source basis to Ascential Software. The solicitation clauses and provisions are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-27. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) Code for this acquisition is 5045 and the North American Classification System (NAICS) Code is 421430. The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) intends to issue a purchase order for the following Integrity software maintenance. (1) 30-IREALT-5A Integrity Real Time Premier Serial Number -72269. (2) 30_Ibatch-5A Integrity Batch Premier Serial Number - 71118. (3) 30-Ibatch Premier Serial Number - 72269. The period of performance will be for one (1) year from date of award. The following FAR Clauses shall apply to this solicitation 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors-Commercial, 52.212-3 Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items, 52.212-4 Contract Terms and Conditions Commercial Items. All responsible sources that can provide and meet the above requirements shall submit written quotations by the due date referenced above. The award is being issued on a sole source basis because the equipment is proprietary to the contractor with no resellers.
