Description

Title: COMMUNICATIONS CONSOLE Client: 920TH RESCUE SQUADRON THIS IS A SOLE SOURCE SYNOPSIS! The required service is to provide communications console and installation that are compatible with existing Motorola communications systems. This service will be conducted at Patrick AFB, FL. The Government intends to award on a sole source basis to Motorola. Motorola is the only source capable of providing a communications console that is technically configured to support the existing Motorola land mobile radio system. Solicitation No. F08650-03-T_0364_ is issued for informational purposes only. It is advertised with a Standard Industrial Code (SIC) of 3663, business size of 750 employees and a North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code of 334220. Sources who feel they are capable of performing this effort will have to provide evidence of technical capability. Once technical capability is established by the end user, the source may submit a proposal which will be considered by the agency. No solicitation will be posted electronically, but this office will provide a copy to any firm requesting one. Anticipated award date will be on or around 15 Sep 03. Point of contact is 2Lt.
