Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a quotation is being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Reference number F10AST32481100 is hereby issued as a Request for Quotation. The incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-15. This solicitation is not restricted; all responsible offerors may respond. North American Industry Classification System Code 332992 applies, with a small business size standard of 1000 employees. The corresponding Standard Industrial Classification code is 3482. Hurlburt Field FL intends to purchase the following items or equal: (1) FX M4A1 Kit Conversion, blue hand guards with 1 FX magazine, part number 5305655, 30 each; (2) FX Beretta M-9 Barrel Kit, part number 5308270, 30 each; (3) FX M4/M16 (20 round) magazine, part number 5308310SP, 90 each; (4) FX Bolt Guide, part number 5304410SP, 5 each; (5) FX Bolt Guide Screw, part number 5304390SP, 10 each; (6) FX Ejector, part number 5304340SP, 10 each; (7) FX Bolt Carrier Assembly, part number 5305720SP, 1 each; (8) 9mm FX Marking, Color Red, part number 5300432, 15 cases; (9) 9mm FX Marking, Color Blue, part number 5303700, 15 cases. Manufacturer: SNC Technologies Corp./SIMUNITION, P.O. Box 576, Avon CT 06001. Additionally, all transportation and insurance costs are required to be included in the quote. GSA items shall be noted as well as the GSA contract number. If quoting ?or equal? items, submit sufficient literature for Subject Matter Experts to perform an effective evaluation.
