Description
The Government intends to solicit and award a sole source Purchase Order with ADT for security cameras, based on the following statement of work. ***ATTENTION: SUBJECT TO THE AVAILABILITY OF FUNDS*** Statement of Work for the CCTV Upgrade and expansion at McChord AFB: Current system has 11 camera positions at the locations indicated on the attached map. The cover the RAMP areas indicated as indicated. They are B&W cameras with pan, tilt, and zoom capability. They are nearly seven years old. They all feed back to the matrix switching gear located in building P-7. There are remote control and monitoring positions in buildings 1172 (Command Post) and 308 (alternate Command Post). The main control and monitoring position is in building P-7 at the security forces law enforcement desk. All of the cameras, matrix, control, and monitoring are connected to each other via base fiber optic (single-mode and multi-mode) cable. There is a DESA digital video recorder (DVR) doing motion detection and recording services. The primary users are the security forces and the command post. The current camera locations are; Bldg 1422 (2), Bldg 1179 (1), Bldg 1172 (1), Bldg 1177 (1), Bldg 1165 (1), Bldg 1170 (1), Bldg P-8 (1), Bldg H1 (1), Bldg H2 (1), and Bldg 308 (1). Note: There are, or will be shortly, 11 other camera locations observing the base perimeter openings and they feed back to the matrix and DVR mentioned above. There will also be and additional DVR. Tasks: 1. Replace the existing 11 B&W flight line video cameras with color video cameras. Replace zoom lenses but try to retain existing pan and tilt devices. Change out all existing flight line to new day night domes. 2. Provide equipment and installation of thermal imaging cameras at buildings 1422, 1172, P-8, 308, and 300 that will observe the entire flight line, north run-off area, and south run-off are up to fence or wood lines on the opposite side of the runway. - All cameras should be full pan, tilt, and zoom enabled. - All cameras will use building LAN connectivity to push signal/control from camera to matrix/DVRs. Building 1422 - Add two fixed Thermo - Add one PT fixed lens Thermo - Upgrade two existing PTZ cameras (of the 11 cameras from above) - Change from fiber to Network Building 1172 - Add one PT fixed Lens Thermo - Upgrade existing PTZ camera (of the 11 cameras from above) - Change from Fiber to Network Building 8 (Tower) - Add two fixed Thermo - Add one PT fixed lens Thermo - Upgrade Existing PTZ camera (of the 11 cameras from above) - ADD one additional Color PTZ - Change from Fiber to Network Building 308 - Add one PTZ Thermo - Upgrade Existing PTZ camera (of the 11 cameras from above) - Change from Fiber to Network Building 300 - Add two Fixed Thermo - Add one PT Fixed lens thermo - Add two new Color Day/Night PTZ 3. Move two flight line cameras from existing locations on buildings 1165 and 1170 to the corner of the front additions closest to the existing locations. 4. Provide equipment and installation of consoles and monitor positions in building P-7 in the law enforcement desk area. 5. Provide full electrical and construction service required to accomplish the tasks above. Provided: 1. Existing camera locations, head-end equipment, miscellaneous CCTV legacy devices, equipment space, access, circuit breaker space, coordination, copper and fiber connectivity between locations that cannot utilize LAN (Ethernet). 2. Network access in a communications closet within 275 horizontal feet of existing and new camera locations.
