Description: The Government intend?s to award a sole source purchase order to Playscapes by Design/International Surfacing of Colorado for purchase of Avery Sports Perfect-Turf for the Child Development Center. The contractor shall provide the materials and installation of the turf. This acquisition will be accomplished using commercial procedures in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation Part 12. The period of performance will be 15 Sep 03 thru 30 Nov 03.
