NA This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are b eing requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. CONTACT THE CONTRACT SPECIALIST FOR A COPY OF THE STATEMENT OF WORK AND WAGE DECISION. Solicitation No. DABJ13-03-T-0071. This solicitation is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation documents incorporate provisions, and clauses that are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-15 and DFARS Change Notice 20030821. The proposed contract is a small business set aside. The Small Business Size Standard is $6, 000,000.00, and the North American Industrial Classification Code (NAICS) is 541380. List of contract line item number and item, quantities and units of measure. Item # 0001- Radon Remediation at Fort Carson, CO. in building 6060 and others in accordance with the attached Statement of Work. EST 5 EA. Period of Performance is negotiable. Please estimate how long it will take you to do the work with your offer. All shall be quoted FOB Destination Offerors shall include a completed copy of the Provision at FA R clause 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications??????Commercial Items with their quotation.
