Description

NA The U.S. Army and Aviation and Missile Command, on behalf of the Product Manager for Test Measurement and Diagnostic Equipment (TMDE), proposes to acquire by other than full and open competition from TSI Incorporated, Environmental Measurements and Control s Division, 500 Cardigan Road, Shoreview, MN Upgrade of two (2)Portacount Automated Test Facilities and provide two(2)new Portacount Automated Test Facility benches to support M41 Protective Assessment Test Systems currently fielded. These upgrades will i nclude both hardware and software upgrades that can only be supplied by TSI Incorporated. The anticipated closing date for responses to the RFP is 9/25/2003 at 2:00 p.m. central time. This acquisition will be conducted paperless to the greatest extent pra ctical. The RFP will be available on the internet at the following address: https://wwwproc.redstone.army.mil/acquisition. After reaching this site, select Contracting Information Systems from the menu. Follow the instructions to obtain acess to the solici tation. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which, if timely received, shall be considered by the agency.
