- Description
- The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division intends to purchase the following items on a Brand name or equal basis: 2 each Spectrum Analyzers, Advantest R3273 or Rhode & Schwarz FSP30 with option FSP-B4. The analyzer provided must have the following minimum specifications: (a) Female, N-type RF Input Connector (b) 50 Ohm Input Impedance (c) Frequency Range of 100 MHz - 26.5 GHz (d) Frequency Reference Accuracy of plus/minus 1x 10 negative power 7 per year (e) Frequency Span of 200 Hz to Full Span plus Zero Span (f) Minimum Resolution Bandwidth of 10 Hz (g) Minimum Video Bandwidth 1 Hz (h) Measurement Range between -130 dBm - +30 dBm (per Hz @ 1GHz) (i) Reference Level Range between -120 dBm - + 30 dBm (j) Input Attenuator Range between 0-70dB (k) 50 MHz - 1 GHz Band Flatness of plus/minus 2.0 dB (l) 7 GHz - 15 GHz Band Flatness of plus/minus 3.5 dB (m) 10 MHz Frequency Reference Input (n) IEEE-488 GPIB Bus Connector (o) Multi-Marker Capability (p) Two frequency and level measurements per second (RBW 100 Hz, SPAN 500 Hz, 100 MHz CF) The following salient characteristics must be present: (a) Portable Benchtop/Benchtop Form Factor (b) Operating Temperature 0 degrees C - 40 degrees C (c) Storage Temperature -20 degrees C - 60 degrees C (d) New units preferred, but original equipment manufacturer (OEM) refurbished units are acceptable with the following provisions: unit shall posses all required safety, software and firmware upgrades; unit shall come with all manuals; contractor shall provide a recent calibration and performance guarantee on refurbished unit. Warranty on refurbished unit must be at least one-year, but preferably three-year or longer. Warranty extensions are acceptable. These items will be a cquired utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures. All items are to be priced FOB Destination, Dahlgren, VA. Delivery shall be on or before 10 October 2003. Award is anticipated to be not later than 30 September 2003. If quoting on other than the Brand names specified above, clearly indicate what brand name is being offered and provide descriptive literature that demonstrates that the proposed product is equal. The Government will award a purchase order to the responsible contractor whose offer conforms to this notice, meets/exceeds all the specifications for each item, can meet the required delivery schedule, has a satisfactory performance history and is registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR). THE GOVERNMENT WILL NOT ISSUE A WRITTEN REQUEST FOR QUOTATIONS AS ALL ITEMS ARE IDENTIFIED IN THIS NOTICE. Electronic quote submission is encouraged at XDS13@n swc.navy.mil, but the quote may also be faxed to (540) 653-6810 or delivered to the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren, VA 22448-5100 referencing RFQ N00178-03-Q-3037 on all documentation. Responses are due by 17 September 2003.
