Description: The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) intends to award on a sole source basis to Decision Modeling, Inc., a intenance support renewal contract for the InterestNet Pro Software. The IRS previously purchased Decision Modeling Inc. software in June 2000; therefore, any other software maintenance support would not be compatible with this application. The expected date of award is September 25, 2003. Now award will be made on the basis of any quotations /proposals or other information received in response to this notice since this is a notification of intent to acquire DMI support, not a request for proposals.
